In 2004, DressuurNatuurlijk was founded by Astrid van der Ploeg. About 25 years ago, she started focusing on the handling and training of horses with special challenges. This included horses that had difficulty making contact, anxious horses, aggressive horses, horses with unwanted behavior on the ground or under saddle, and horses with movement problems, large or small. Her conviction was clear: there is still much to be done to support both horses and owners!
